Your Family

Divorce, Separation, Child Arrangements and Family Law

Within the family support provision, our team support many local families through the family courts as court trends change and legal aid is reduced further and rarely available.

This is achieved by delivering a full portfolio of administrative support, moral support, mentoring and McKenzie Friend court representation.

Our community benefits by having a local resource that they can visit to obtain free or affordable one- to-one support and mapping through the legal process. Before, during and after divorce or separation we can help lessen the financial impact on the separating family, allowing for a brighter future through adversity and alleviating, as much as possible, the impact upon the lives and future of children within local families.
